First Expedia told me we had two rooms and although the unit had two rooms it slept only two people. We are a family of four. This forces us to book a second room and split up which was irritating and a bit stressful. Expedia should do a better job communicating the occupancy of rooms in this hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel. Room very comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent, independent restaurant attached to the hotel. Other good restaurants in walking distance. Not at the center of town and walk to old town takes about 25 minutes, but bus stops not too far away. On site laundromat. Wifi good. Fitness center ok. Only problem I had it all with the hotel was that the shower drain was slow and I did ask them to fix that. I would definitely stay there again.

Not bad but wouldn’t stay here again. Reception staff are more interested in talking to each other than the guests. My bathroom was very tired looking. There are probably better hotels within the same price range.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s usually perfect, nice spacious rooms and good sauna facilities. Unfortunately sauna was not working and my rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been cleared out from the last person who had been in my room.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. While parking wasn’t great, it’s typical for the area. The room felt more like an apartment‑style suite, complete with a full kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom upstairs. Having bathrooms on both levels was incredibly convenient. The full closet—even including a scale—was a thoughtful touch and very helpful when packing for airport weight requirements. The view from the room was lovely and added to the comfort of our stay. Next door, there is an adjacent restaurant with some of the kindest staff we encountered in Germany. One gentleman in particular went out of his way to help us get food late one evening, just before closing, and made sure we were taken care of. His hospitality truly stood out. Overall, this hotel offered a unique layout, great service, and a surprisingly home‑like feel. We genuinely enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious room and great sauna facilities.

Good location, quiet side street. Nearby bus132 takes you quickly into the old town. Good breakfast enjoyed in a calm environment. The hotel was well built with nice fittings, and large rooms, but could do with some maintenance. WiFi worked well. Just be aware that there's no air conditioning and in hot weather that might be an issue. You can open the windows but people smoking off balconies made this less desirable at times. The bed was firm and comfortable although the duvet far too warm for summer season. Staff friendly and helpful. Our duplex room lacked blackout blinds but we were transferred to a better room with curtains. The bathroom cleaning wasn't the best. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was good, the check in staff were very friendly and helpful.
