The hotel is aged. It provides traditional Japanese hotel and onsen experience but the facilities are very aged and outdated. I had a hard time sleeping in the hotel because its quilt is only half covered. The hotel room was cold in the summer night but the heater did not work.

All in one hotel. Free car parking, buffet dinner and breakfast was great, beautiful views of Lake Toya, onsite onsen, friendly staff. Room was clean. Would recommend and also return.

The outdoor onsen is good. The room is old. Need to refurbish. The staff attitude… just acceptable. Not really worth the price we paid for the hotel.
