Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. There are stains everywhere in the carpet and furniture. A light was hanging down by it's own wire. The room had mosquitos, which is fine as a I know it's mosquito season in Jeddah now, but I asked housekeeping to come spray the room, and they didn't. I called a second time and they said they'd come and they still didn't show up. When we arrived at 7pm one of our three rooms wasn't ready. On top of all of that, housekeeping entered both my room and my mothers room, even though we both had the Do Not Disturb sign on. Don't stay here.

Everything was great during my stay! The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The only minor downside was the mosquitoes if windows were left open, or when doors were kept open during housekeeping!! They definitely find their way in. With that being said, it didn’t take away from an excellent experience. We truly loved everything about this place! Perfect location, great amenities, and an outstanding team at IHG!
