Campanile PRIME - Paris 15 Tour Eiffel

Propriété qui aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour... Les tapis dans les corridors sont tachés. L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas alors que la température était très chaude. Pas de climatisation (correct parce que pas mentionné) et seulement un petit ventitaleur pas très efficace sans prise électrique près de la fenêtre ce qui aurait pu aider. Nous sommes partis après un jour malgré avoir payé pour 2: difficile de dormir dans ces conditions.

Firstly we booked a king room and were assigned a room with 2 single beds. Things then did not improve: 2. Shower and sink did not drain. Reported 3 days in a row and was not rectified until a 5th report was made, 72 hours after the first report. 3. No fitness centre/gym on the property despite advertising that there is. This is one of the reasons we chose this property. 4. Lift did not work for 4 out of the 5 days of the stay. Making it complicated with a senior citizen to traverse up the 5 floors of stairs, in the heat. We had to carry our luggage from the 5th floor to ground upon checkout. 5. Staff did not care and were dismissive of concerns as they were raised and often did not attempt to rectify with any sense of immediacy. Not the hotels fault but if you stay on the right side of the building after getting out of the lift, every night (until early hours of the morning) a group of rowdy people congregate making it difficult to sleep.

I usually never leave reviews but this hotel is very misleading and I would never come here again! I would not recommend anyone staying here as the room is extremely small where you have no space to leave your things, walk and the bathroom is also extremely small and the shower does not work. This place has a very bad smell and i did not fell safe

Small room, but good enough for what you need it for. Nice location very walkable. No AC so be warned

Beautiful place. Wonderful location. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Arrived in the middle of a heat wave, only to be told there was no air conditioning. Extremely uncomfortable with only a portable fan to circulate the hot air. Room was extremely small, even by European standards. Shower was barely big enough to fit inside. A larger person would not fit. Elevator could only hold 2 people, and that's without luggage. Stopped working altogether on second day there. Very noisy from the street at night. Breakfast was only OK and definitely overpriced. Only positive for me was location, which is 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower.
