The rooms were very clean and nice. The only thing that it needs is a bigger parking lot but overall we had a great experience.

Location in Koreatown was good but neighborhood did not feel safe to walk around. Liked free parking but seemed limited if you check in late. Free breakfast was average but appreciated.

a bit hard to find as its in the middle of a lot of huge buildings. But the place was immaculate, staff were all friendly and helpful. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was good. try to arrive early as parking area is small and it's first come first serve.

Everything was uncomfortable the bed was uncomfortable and the room was unclean, there was a lingering scent of previous occupants.We could not find any slippers, there were no rugs in the room and -despite having selected a corner room-there was absolutely no view from the window .in fact everything in this building felt old and dated .I certainly will not repeat this experience at this hotel.

There was dead cockroach, and a very alive a bedbug. Not the properties fault but we also had a police stand off on the street corner of the property and it made it impossible utilize the pre-paid parking.
