Nice clean good location comfortable bed.

We stayed in the corner room with the gorgeous view of Taipei 101. It was so lovely, especially for the price! The also appreciated that they had laundry facilities - you have to pay for it, but it’s inexpensive. My kids loved taking a bath in the clean tub and we like that they also had a shower option too. The rotating TV was very handy. Will definitely be coming back to stay here. Could not recommend enough!

From the moment I walked in, to checking out. The staff were professional, kind and very helpful. The room was everything I needed and more. Very clean and close to many MRT stations for one to adventure in. Would recommend and certainly will use their service when I come back to Taipei.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful, whatever the question or need. Kelvin, especially, went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel had the bare necessities, but that was sufficient for my purposes. The hotel is well located close to the MRT so getting to where I needed to go, especially in the rain, was quite easy.

Over all it was good value for the money. Clean, efficient use of space and good coffee. I missed having any comfortable seating in common areas and complete lack of windows, even in common areas made it somewhat claustrophobic. I expected no windows in the private space, but not in the common areas.

The staff were super helpful. We had a king deluxe room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was ok, but I think a corner room would have a better view. We did use the laundry on site. They were coin machines and laundry soap was provided. We had a breakfast included which involved ordering from a menu the day before. The options included a variety of local choices or McDonald's. It was simple, but enough to get your day started. There was free coffee and light snacks in the lounge area. The room also had a kettle and small fridge. I'm 6 foot and when standing in the shower/bath tub my head touches the ceiling. The shower curtain was a plastic type and was showing wear. The hotel is on the 14th floor. There is an underground entrance directly infront of the main entrance that leads to the subway.

Overall this hotel is great, its very well located, easy access to subway, shops, etc and very centrally located so its easy to get anywhere in Taipei. My room had a great view of the 101 which is always great when visiting Taipei because its so iconic and really reminds you where you are. The rooms are modern, comfortable and most importantly, very clean. I will definitely stay there again but I do want to give feedback on 2 things that could be better. 1. the lifts - on the weekend only 2 are in operation. its not that you have to wait too long but its also a bit slow sometimes. Not a deal breaker, just something to consider because the lobby is actually on the 14th floor, not groud. 2. power sockets - this was by far the biggest issue. For some strange reason, there are no sockets located anywhere near the bed and the only one available (at least in my room) was on the desk. I think most people like to have their phone handy and charging overnight, so be prepared, you might need an extension cable. On that subject, I did ask the reception if they had one, they didnt, so I ended up buying one. I left it behind, so hopefully if you need one, they should have at least one from me :p

The hotel is conveniently located near the MRT station, with plenty of shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very easy to order and pick up was convenient/ intuitive. Staff was friendly.
