Staff are a little bit quiet and shy and glum. Could be a little bit friendlier and smile more. The facilities are fine. The air conditioning in the gym isn't working at the moment

We like the apartment/place but a bit expensive and one thing we notice don't have dishwashing liquid to wash the utensils we used.
