Hotel San Luis Beach House

I’ve been coming to San Luis Beach Hotel in San Andrés for years. It was never a perfect property, but what always made it special was the peaceful beachfront atmosphere and direct access to one of the best stretches of beach on the island. Unfortunately, that peace is now gone. The hotel is now offering day passes, allowing outside guests to come in, drink, party, and overcrowd the beach area with wristbands. What used to feel relaxing and exclusive now feels busy and chaotic. Instead of focusing on bringing in large groups for day access, management should invest more into improving and maintaining the property itself. The location is incredible, but the overall guest experience has clearly changed. I truly hope whoever made this decision reconsiders it, because longtime guests who loved this hotel for its calm atmosphere are noticing the difference.

El personal poco servicial y amable, y para el precio de la habitación, me parece muy básico, el baño no está muy bien organizado.

Service was a disaster.

Passei algumasn oites, mas tudo correu perfeitamente, alguns pequenos imprevistos, mas a equipe nunca virou as costas e nos atendeu em tudo.. eu recomendo, e fica na melhor praia fora do centro. Eu estuo eleito entre os 10 profissionais no mundo em experiencia do cliente com a minha universidade do consumidor.

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservé pour la première nuit. Ensuite ils ont pu nous donner la chambre lit King vue mer. Dans les 2 cas l'entretien laisse vraiment a désirer.. Salle de bain mediocres, aucune eau chaude, robinetterie asperge l'eau partout, porte patio n'ouvre pas, etc Tout l'hôtel nécessite de grosse rénovations. Seulement l'emplacement est A1 Nourriture correcte aussi

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property and surprised it is even listed on Expedia. We paid an average of 120 CAD per night, which feels completely overpriced for the quality and safety of the room. The room was in poor condition from the moment we entered. The humidity smell was overwhelming. The bathroom sink and faucet were in terrible, dirty condition, and the bathroom window was falling apart. There was no towel rack—only the screws left on the wall. The toilet seat was extremely loose and shifted constantly. Overall, the bathroom was neglected. Lighting in the room was also very poor. The main door is also the window, and since we were on the ground floor, opening the curtain meant having no privacy at all. This forced us to keep it closed, making the room very dark even during the day. Noise was a major issue. On the first night, loud music from the restaurant downstairs was clearly heard from our room. Then last night around 11 PM, several people were working right outside our door, which was very disruptive. The lock on the room door felt unsafe and deteriorated, adding to the sense that the room was poorly maintained. Expedia also lists an airport shuttle, but the hotel confirmed this service does not exist. Even though the hotel is beachfront, the beach was very dirty, with lots of plastic containers and garbage. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room was excellent, good lighting and clean. Staff were great. Thanks Kathy front desk clerk for all your help and information and Stefany in the restaurant. I enjoyed my trip and made me feel at home.
