The staff were all amazing and very helpful - lovely to see so many genuine smiles. The hotel was spotless and modern. Breakfast was varied and well stocked regardless of the time you sat down. The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids had a great time, and it was easy to find sunbeds.

Nice Room, clean and very polite and friendly staff. If I may to make a suggestion, it will be to have more people at the front desk. Checking process takes time and most of the time there was just a person available.

The food was good and the staff was very nice and gave us a good service. Mosquitoes all around the hotel environment and we were bitten, which wasn’t good with the children. The room wasn’t clean so good, lots Of dust all around, specially the bath was VERY dirty.

Comfortable bed but too noisy people running up and down corridor and shouting. Noise of aircraft most of the night . Not very clean around swimming pool

Staff are so courteous and nothing is too much trouble. The whole place is spotlessly clean. It was absolutely packed this time but still the same level of care was provided. I’ll be back soon I hope

Best place to stay on Yas Island! Close to Etihad Arena and Yas Mall. The area has easy access to the Yas Express buses which is a free shuttle bus service for tourist staying on Yas Island. The buses will take you to all the popular attractions such as Warner Brothers, Yas Mall, Sea World and the Louvre Museum. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is top notch too! Cuisine from around the world and plenty options for vegetarian and meat eaters! I highly recommend for families or solo travelers (like myself).
