Hotel is very clean, property is very well maintained, staff is friendly, breakfast is good. Overall it is a very nice hotel. Better than the Residence Inn in n the US.

The room was really excellent, so quiet, we barely heard a thing! Staff were so helpful with our requests and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, great choices and well stocked. My only very minor issues were: we had a water bottle in our room which I assume was meant to be full, it never was. And, I drink a lot of coffee, only one day was our tea and coffee topped up and that was the day I left the drawer open to make it obvious. Also our room kept demagnetising so wouldn’t open the door. We eventually worked out the second key card being too close to the door inside the room was causing it, so we just went to one key card. I didn’t bring it up because it was minor, but worth noting for management. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect! Would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect hotel, it’s right next to the autoroute. It’s clean, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety of fresh food. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. By the way, the staff is so nice they were amazing!

C'était très bien facile pour se garer sur le parking parce que au centre ville de Gand c'est impossible. Il y a un bus qui vous amène au centre-ville c'est très pratique ou sinon un uber, c'est une dizaine d'euros. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et décorer avec beaucoup de goût. Petit déjeuner (petit) mais on a quand même trouvé de quoi déjeuner.
