Very nice hotel close to the train station and central town. The staff was very gracious and made sure our luggage was safe before and after checkout. The tap water was the best water I’ve had in long while.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful upon learning it was my first time in the area. Walking distance from the train station as well as the old town. Definitely will recommend and will book again if I get back to Innsbruck
