The only great about this hotel is the view. Thats really awesome. All the rest - is a mix of scam and dirt. Self-Parking outside the building in public parking is $50 per day, but $45 if you not prepaid... And only $5(!!!) just in 15 meters. The room was so dirty, shower was in spots , dirty gum was sticked to the toilet. Breakfast is ok, but the old rude waiters which serves you coffee in a dirty mugs (you can't take it yourself) and ask for the tip after...facepalm The lobby is dirty public space with a mix of businesses like a cheap Chinese stores, grocery and a starbucks. I wouldn't recommend anyone that experience especially for that price.

Very happy with the view and location of hotel. It would’ve been good to see healthy food options. Lots of junk food and very little healthy choice. Very expensive fees for junk food.

Resort fee is bs when you don’t use Any of the resort facilities. Nothing but a profit generator for the company. Just raise the room rates and get rid of the resort fees. Don’t sucker people with lower room rates and then tack on non negotiable fees!

Très bel hôtel bien situé , personnel agréable . Propre. J’aurais aimé que le personnel a l’arrivée parle français. Il y a eu un alerte le 24 juin alors que nous étions au 13 ieme étage. Nous avons à peine eu le temps de mangé trop inquiets. Et donc descendu 13 étages à pieds car les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas . Finalement les pompiers sont arrivés et tout est revenu normal .

The view of the falls was amazing!! Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The fireplace in the room was a plus, bathroom very large and that shower head was the best!!! Excellent stay and highly recommend!! The only negative is that parking fees should really be included, but it appears most hotels in that area do the same.
