This hotel was roomy, with a kitchen. I loved having a fridge so that I could have cold drinks. They seem to be hard to get in the UK.
The location was perfect. Five minutes from the train/ bus station. Easy walk to the market and downtown area. Huge mall!
I would recommend this place for anyone going to Harry Potter Sudios.

Communication pre arrival was not followed up, had to get in touch several times due to late check in.
The location was perfect for travel in and around the Watford area, with easy access to the underground and trains.
Check in was swift and smooth upon arrival. Staff were helpful and attentive in hotel. The bar and restaurant were lovely.
Apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.
The apartment did lack a little tlc in areas such as the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment was very hot. There were plenty of fans provided, but the apartment was still at least 10 degrees hotter than outside temperatures throughout the night. We avoided being in the apartment during the day because of this.

qqThe apartment is very spacious and clean. Definitely would stay again. The only issue we had is that it was a 30 degree weekend and the apartment got very hot. It had 4 fans but they didn’t cool down the apartment.

The cleaning staff are second to none. My particular cleaning lady i believe her name was Maria - was extremely helpful and happy and always happy to help me by going the extra mile!

You get much more than a hotel room for the price. There was a proper kitchen containing fridge, microwave, oven and hob. There was a bath as well as shower. The only downside was no air conditioning and I went in a week that was 29.5 degrees over night. I had a problem with the shower which they fixed. I would definitely stay again.

The only issue was no air con but we did have 2 fans in the room .. probably didnt help being 30+ degrees outside.. other than that room was great, just as described, and location ideal for a wembley trip. Couldn't fault the check or parking. Will be booking again.

I was surprised at how clean and spacious this apartment was especially at what we paid for it for 1 night. It had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The room was so hot but the weather was 28degrees outside and so we walked in to 2 fans already blowing in the room. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos used. Thanks. Would recommend or stay myself again in the future.
