Luxury... we stayed here at the end of a 2 week trip and we didn't leave the hotel. It has everything from great food to beautiful beach area and all the property activities were fabulous 👌 You wont be disappointed.

Fantastic
I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the Philippines. The staff was very respectful, attentive to my needs and questions. The service at the Aqcua restaurant was so great, each morning we were greeted with a warm welcome and they remembered our drink preference every time. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful as well. The lobby lounge was great for a shake or a smoothie anytime. The lobby was surprisingly cool with a nice breeze flowing through. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The one and only drawback for me was the bed was too firm, for me. We were in the ocean side wing, next time I’m requesting an ocean view room instead of the garden view. 5 stars from me on this property and will definitely stay there again.

This was our third Trip to this resort in the past ten years. Unfortunately they are noticeably suffering from terrible management. The staff was fantastic, but they are severely understaffed and supposedly its intentional from management. They are trying to cut costs and the product, the experience of the resort, is severely suffering in quality as a result. Check in, breakfast, even ordering a drink all took forever because lots of guests and hardly any staff in comparison to years past.
