Our hotel was a convenient walking distance from the Berg Am Laim train station as well as the 191 bus stop. The room was clean and had tons of outlets/charging ports around. Good shower. The breakfast offered a TON of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. It felt safe and secure as you need your room key to operate the elevators and to access the breakfast room. 10/10 would stay again

The breakfast bar was amazing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly! The sofa bed we had was dirty and the actual bed had a spring or two missing and was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, a good stay if the beds were better!

We stayed here twice the first check in went well and was quick. When we returned to check in later the person at the desk did not seemed knowledgeable of the process and tried to have me pay for the room again that I had prepaid online. The hotel was clean and breakfast was set up was good with enough space.
