Location is excellent. Room was nice and clean. Staff are nice and helpful . Only problem is bathroom is old and in need of upgrade.

The room was tiny though and barely room to move.
The bathroom even smaller.

great location and friendly staff, but i noticed the corners of the rooms and bathrooms were filthy, cleaners should pay attention to those, not only the areas that are very visible, that's when you can tell how well they clean.

The location of this hotel is so convenient. Close to a major metro station with airport and city lines, close to nyhavn and ferries. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Stored luggage at check in and checkout. No fridge or tv but everything else great.

Sub medie Overpriced for its quality and service. There was a very horrible old carpet smell in the room and sewage smell in the bathroom. No soundproofing walls or doors, so you can hear every sound from the corridor and the next room. The room also has very poor lighting, with no light around the closet area. And since they had the window open, there were dust on the bed. There is only one tiny elevator as well. This should be considered as at most a two-star hotel.
