This is the best hotel you can stay at in KL. There is so much to do just in the hotel. A child friendly place with many children activities. The breakfast buffet is amazing there is so much to choose from. The food is fresh and real food is offered. The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping , the room attendants didn’t clean the rooms properly. The laundry service is also very expensive. I paid 426 MYR for abit of laundry. I used the laundry 24 hour service across the road from the hotel and it was only 60 MYR

Loved how clean the hotel is and have nice details.they put chocolate in your pillows every night. I couldnt find the spa though and the hours were not so friendly with the schedule I had

Slow service, no proactive help at all, very sleepy vibe. Expedia and the hotel together also missed my booking but neither claimed any responsibility, instead they blamed each other.
