I thought this was a five star property, but actually not near that level. The rooms are very small and dated. The shower has no barrier and water always spills out. On the very first day, I was thinking moving out even losing some money. But did not because of good breakfast and helpful staff. Location is central and uber can easily find out the place. The staff tried best to clean room. The furnitures were simply dirty. I don't know whether expedia will publish this review.

This hotel was amazing! Beyond accommodating and kind. They treat you like a celebrity guest as soon as you walk in. Anil and Robin were especially helpful staff…I allowed my friend to leave his bag in my room and when I wasn’t there to meet him they accompanied him to retrieve it and made sure to know exactly what he was taking. They were so pleasant and sweet. They even gave me a special farewell gift. The pool is beautiful! Rooms are exceptionally clean! The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff at The Hub was so nice and professional! My absolute favourite hotel in India!

A great choice for a stay in Delhi. It is tucked away on a quiet street but very walkable to Connaught Place with all the restaurants and bars and feels very safe. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety, lunch was also very good. The Pool is more of a dip pool but pleasant to use. All in all great stay.

This was a wonderful stay. I went during summer and the pool was a welcome amenity for the sweltering days. The hotel is near Connaught Place and most of the attractions are a short ride away. I also want to compliment the cleaning staff. I was away for 2 days on an excursion and when I returned to the room, it was beautifully cleaned and the staff thoughtfully left nail polish remover, nail clippers and a file. I’m not sure if it was because of an earlier request for a pedicure (which their spa doesn’t offer) but my nail polish was wrecked and I was so relieved to remove it. I didn’t ask for these items but they were greatly appreciated. I definitely will stay here again when I visit India again.
