The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The hotel’s remedy to spray air freshener. The music from the pool was so loud making it impossible to relax or nap before dinner.

The people who work at Casa Marina were all very polite and courteous! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The only drawback was that the rooms are very small.

The stay at the Casa Marina was very disappointing. There is not enough staff and prices do not equate to the level of service. There are better options in Key West, will not stay here again.
