First of all pictures on Hotel.com as far as room is not what you get . So if you book on Hotels.com please go to actual website of hotel to see what you get. The front desk lady did try to explain but so disappointing. I am a puma coach and book according to what I think I might need for the week. Space is one of them. Room was Disappointing. Then I got moved to a little bigger but not much room . The room was moldy smelling and swampy feeling. First night was terrible. The second night we got moved to a room that was cooler in temp and we did not feel like we were in a swamp. Save your money people. This hotel is not it.

Hotel was nice and had close by restaurants and places to go. Wish they would’ve had a fuller room service with alcohol. But overall experience was good.

The hotel room was large and the staff pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room could have done with some upkeep- peeling wallpaper, chipped/cracked bathroom fixtures, way too much deodorized scent, etc.

The elevator was out of order so we had to walk through the back hallways to the service elevator. We got trapped on our floor because we couldn't get back to the service elevator because the door to it locks automatically and requires staff access. We had to call the front desk multiple times to reach someone to come help us. We didn't even stay the night due to all the hassle.
