Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, situated right across the street from Bayside Station, where the monorail whisks you straight to the Disney parks in minutes. No long drives or parking hassles, just an easy ride to the magic. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained and welcoming throughout. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to just about every taste in our group. Whatever you were in the mood for, there was something to satisfy. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel at home. The entire staff spoke English exceptionally well, which made communication effortless and added to how welcomed we felt during our stay. We left feeling thoroughly taken care of and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Disney parks who wants comfort, convenience, and standout hospitality.

Check-in process was very smooth and fast. Staff were helpful and we found the hotel shuttle bus very convenient for the guests. We were given a room with a view of Disneyland and caught the fireworks on our last night - it was amazing and the kids had a really good stay with the bunk beds.

We stayed at the Sheraton grande Tokyo bay for the last leg of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, well kept and nice. The location along the monorail line was great as well as a stop for the limousine bus back to the airport. The buffet breakfast was a hit with us! I recommend this hotel! I stayed there with my 3 adult children.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the Disney tram. Very busy hotel, accommodations could be better. Very surprising that the outdoor pool is a fee. Actually everything extra was a fee. When booking you should know, all the extra amenities will be an additional charge. Room was big and very nice.

We were greeted with friendly staff from the moment we got off the airport shuttle. The hotel is incredible, the room was spacious and clean with a great view of the bay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food to ensure you can find something delicious to eat. Transportation from the hotel to Maihama station gives you access to just about anywhere you want to go and the Disney monorail gives you quick access to the parks. My family and had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The room was spacious and the grand buffet was was great we had it most mornings. The have good pools and games and other fun things for kids like the flight simulator. Very close to Disney. Recommend the welcome Suica card for the travel on the monorail and trains around Tokyo and for vending machines. Everyone had a great time here and kids loved everything. Beautiful views too.
