The staff was super great lady in the front desk was very helpful. She even printed out things that we needed to print it out helped us with the luggage tags help the rooms were clean. Bathroom smelled good. The hallway smell good I will be returning to this hotel.

From the time I checked in, it was a horrible experience. The room had no AC and I had to leave with my family for a couple of hours and it was never addressed. Then at 2am, the power went out and that lasted for about 8 hours. I had to check out and get a different proppett for the remainder of my stay with my family. Would never say there and will not recommend to anyone close to me.

Rooms were clean front desk was very helpful was there working FIFA tournament. Locations is awesome with so many restaurants stores coffee shop. Kitchen had everything we needed. They do have 24 hr front desk in hotels . Com it says different so just be aware
