Loved the beds, the location, the staff. The food was meh and the air conditioning required a personal unit that was loud at night, but it was cold and appreciated during the hot summer. The staff is unparalleled.

Stayed there in july 2026 for three nights. Spacious room. Quiet. Helpful staff. Incredible breakfasts. Beautiful bar/restaurant/lobby area. Bathrooms all work as expected. Walking distance to Oude Haven, cube houses, and markthall. Only suggestion is that the staff review all of the balcony doors and make sure they close and lock properly. Our balcony door did not close into the frame properly and stayed slightly ajar, though locked. It didn't affect my stay much, but I can imagine it could let in the heat/cold or even bugs, depending on time of year. Otherwise, terrific experience.

We loved our stay! The hotel was a cute boutique hotel and walking distance from Metro. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. Our only comment was the placement of the wall AC unit in our room (an engineering flaw), but they provided a standing fan, so our room stayed cool. We will definitely stay here again!

I was a a nice and comfortable hotel. I the staff were friendly enough. Perhaps the hotel could be a bit more welcoming with daily fruit or treats as they do in other boutique hotels. My one major issue is with the new additional taxes. My bill was much higher than expected because of this. I know this is not their fault as it has just come in, but they should have forewarned me. I think Expedia should also notify the customers of these tax increases in the Netherlands

Fletcher Hotel in Rotterdam is a quirky and pretty good hotel. We stayed for 3 nights Friday - Monday. The decor is pretty cool, they have gone for a 70s theme and the staff are super helpful and polite. We stayed in a luxury double room which was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from the Metro and tram. We did not eat there but the people having breakfast looked happy enough. There is definitely room for improvement however. Our TV did not work and it took a while to fix despite flagging it up on the Saturday morning first thing. Even when fixed, so that sound and pictures came on, the TV still turned itself off intermittently. We also flagged up that the reading lights attached to the headboard did not work, these were not fixed during our stay. Also, it is marketed as a 4 star hotel so why should they have paper cups for hot drinks in the room?! Surely a 4 star hotel should have proper cups. The maids did not replenish the teabags nor the water bottles in the fridge which we found very stingey. The most annoying thing was the bar. It was advertised as closing at 1am but every night is closed early with no option for a late drink back at the hotel after having been out for dinner. The bar staff should keep it open until 1am regardless of how busy it is. Finally the carpet on the landing needs replacing. It was covered in stains. There is room for improvemet at this hotel.
