Overall, our stay was good, and I would have rated it excellent except for a couple of issues. First, the room was dated. The furniture was torn and stained, and many of the fixtures were clearly showing their age and in need of replacement. Nobody wants to sleep on a stained sofa bed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and caring, with one notable exception. One front desk manager consistently treated guests with an attitude, something I observed on multiple occasions. My wife experienced this firsthand when our flight was delayed by four hours after we had already checked out. We asked if we could have our room keys reactivated so we could stay in the room until around 11:00 a.m., which would have been the normal checkout time. Although the manager eventually accommodated our request, it was done reluctantly and with an attitude that made us feel like we were asking for an unreasonable favor. Every other front desk employee we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The housekeeping staff and breakfast team were terrific and deserve recognition for their excellent service. Unfortunately, one employee's poor attitude left a lasting negative impression on an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Convenient location for Convention Center. Around 20 minute walk but also very handy to the Sante Fe trolley station only 2 stops away from the Convention Center. The outdoor cafe for lunch was a nice feature.

Hôtel très bien situé, déjeuner continental excellent, belle piscine au 5 étage avec vue sur le port excellent, par contre les tapis dans les chambres sont très sales et les divans également, pas très invitant pour s’asseoir

Clean room . Advertised free parking but it was 45 dollars a day. House keeping never cleaned room . She cleaned it once per entire stay

The location of the hotel is excellent. Since I checked in, customer service was great.

Enjoyed our stay and the location of this hotel. It is close to the harbor and airport. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggesting local dinning and experiences. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Nice selection at breakfast.

Parking...expense.....need better price when you stay over 5 days.
