Fantastic
The team at checkin was very cheerful and helpful. The room was outstanding. Clean and room service showed up immediately to replace empty conditioner in shower.

We loved this hotel. Very close to San Pedro Square and the SAP Center. The location was incredible and the property was gorgeous.

Perfect location for our event staff was super nice and helpful only issue was the entrance before the parking garage was packed one way so somewhat awkward arrival but lots of parking and good price We will definitely stay here again!!

This is an adequate hotel in a convenient location if you're visiting the SAP Center. It is clearly built to cater one night visitors so it feels impersonal. We got unlucky at check in, the person attending to us was not communicating about anything (breakfast, parking, amenities). Room was spacious and beds okay. Parking is actually in a parking garage that doesn't belong to the hotel and gets very busy during events nearby. Confusing information on website says $30 a night but it's actually $35. The pool is the size of a couple of tubs put together so definitely not for swimming. Breakfast is okay, the buffet option is better, we ordered the waffle and it was not great. Cleaning staff is great. AC is very quiet which we appreciated but doesn't keep the room from feeling stuffy.

The hotel is 1 block away from the SAP center, which was handy for our event. The room was clean and new, the floor was covered in linoleum, not carpeted. The hallways had carpeting, but not our room. This seemed odd to me, but otherwise, everything was great. The pool is literally 1/2 under the building, so not very sunny. But clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Loud beeping sound through out the night in room not smoke alarm could not sleep. Ev chargers were 5.00 an hour after 2 slow chargers. Floor had water damage and pushed up lvt making it a trip hazard
