We traveled from Narita Airport to the Nikko area and stayed there for one night. It was a great experience. The hotel has sophisticated facilities and service, including a great hot spring and an excellent breakfast.

部屋も綺麗で、大浴場の風呂は温泉でゆっくりできました。 ただアクセスが悪いのが難点です。

Beautiful place, but no elevator to 2nd floor. Bed was a bit too firm and pillows were hard and flat. Staff went out of their way to help.

Much greenery and wonderful views, especially during rain. Staff is quite friendly and hotel provides good onsen (hot bath) with different water and bath types. The one outside was especially good. Breakfast buffet was little bit limited, but didn’t affect the overall impression.

Room was excellent! The hot spring was good. The morning buffet needs more of variety of food.
