Great location, very central and reasonable for the price. Room was simple, had water but no fridge or anything like that. Perfect for the kind of city where you are out and about all the time. Thanks for a lovely stay

AC didn't work. No small room refrigerator and I have medicine that has to be refrigerated. Streets need serious cleaning. Close to everything.

Unfortunately, the photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel. The room floors were dirty, and there was mold in the shower, which made the stay disappointing. The only positive aspect was the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the area. Other than that, the hotel did not meet my expectations.

The property had a strong unpleasant odor as soon as you entered, and at one point it was so bad that I almost felt sick. The room itself was decent, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, after checking in, I realized that no blanket had been provided. When I asked the front desk that evening, I was told they couldn’t provide one because they didn’t have access to the laundry at night. A blanket is a basic amenity that every hotel should be able to provide at any hour. Overall, despite the relatively high nightly rate, the property gave me the feel of a budget hostel rather than a hotel. While the location was a definite plus, the lack of basic amenities and the unpleasant odor made the stay disappointing.

This hotel worth 3-star ratings, we booked a superior double room but ended up getting a small room with a single bed. Amenities were almost nonexistent, no courtesy coffee no water, we paid $300 a night and get only 1 single glass for brushing teeth. We asked for another glass and didn't get until the next day after hustling with the service desk. The only thing good about our stay was all main attractions are under 20 minutes away within walking distance. The metro is also 3 minutes away.
