Room was cleaned twice each day. Lots of space. Staff was very courteous. Well located adjacent to a subway and not far from main JR station. 29 minute walk to Imperial palace. 10 mins to walk to Akasaka which has enough nightlife to suit all tastes.

Loved the staff but for a family of four we definitely didn’t have enough bed space so resorted to sleeping on duvets on the floor to accommodate all 4 of us in the small beds.
