Bosphorus Palace Hotel - Special Class

The property itself was beautiful. The views were amazing. The decor was so elegant. My couple pieces of feedback - the room we stayed in was above the front entrance. Although it was non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes from the front entrance wafted upstairs to our room. The morning was difficult to sleep in as we heard a lot of doors slamming. The wait staff was amazing, however it seemed the hotel was very confident in its business so they don’t really make you feel like you are any special … I almost felt like an inconvience asking them for anything (as an Expedia gold member we are told we can get room upgrades if available, I understand they are fully booked, but seeing that I paid full price, and continued to give them lots of social media attention they didn’t seem to really do anything to show appreciation. You’re just another guest there, in and out Go for the views, and hopefully you get some of the kind servers.

Çok güzel bir otel. Tarihi yapısı hayran bırakıyor. Personel çok profesyonel ve güler yüzlü. Eşimin doğum günü için küçük bir ricada bulunmuştum. İşlerimiz çıktığı için geç bir saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen, ricamı dikkate alıp ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Bizi mutlu ettiler. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Çok memnun kaldık.

Oda tertemizdi, banyo pırıl pırıldı. Çok memnun kaldık. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Wonderful hotel, staff, and views.

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. It was such a wonderful and lovely experience. I will definitely go back when I'm visiting Turkey.

Room was ready even though we arrived early, which was a great start. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The staff were very polite and welcoming throughout. A smooth and pleasant check‑in experience overall.

Hotel and staff were lovely but our room was a third floor walk up which was a lot for us.
