Our family had an amazing stay at Ginza Creston Tokyo! One of the biggest highlights for us was the room size; compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Tokyo, the rooms here are surprisingly spacious. My wife and kids were so comfortable and happy with the layout. We were treated to a room on the 33rd floor, and the view overlooking the Sumida River was absolutely breathtaking, both day and night. The room itself was incredibly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. While we didn’t try the breakfast during our visit, the hospitality more than made up for it. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early after a long journey, which we deeply appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay in Tokyo with great service!

The room was clean with a great view. The air condition and the TV worked perfectly. I just loved the ambience of the whole place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was perfect and the view of the water was just perfect. This hotel is in a central location and the staff just make you feel at home.

10 minutes waking to the train station and a lot of restaurants options close by. Feels safe area to walk at any time.. Very nice views.

Perfect for our short stay

We stayed over new years so nothing was open in the complex - was a little out from everything if we stayed during peak time it would of been better but still was a pleasant stay

Older room. But clean. Bathroom needs a remodel. 2 Train lines, but only the Red line connects to Tokyo Station but its twice the walk.

Specified non smoking room still smelt like cigarettes. House keeping did a fine job but I think the walls and carpet clung onto the smell. Massive room, beautiful view. Outdated hotel, limited transit options.
