We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ingenia Holidays Sydney Hills. It was a perfect location for us to attend our grandson's school for Grandparents Day. However, it was a cold night, and we thought we would turn the electric blanket on before we went to bed to warm things up. Unfortunately, there was no power point! We also noted that there was no light in the fridge. As we had an early check out and deposited our keys in the box provided at Reception, we weren't able to report these issues.

Thank you for my short stay. Was welcomed, once I arrived until I left. Thanks again.

It was very good stay

Was clean and comfortable, suited our needs

Has all the amenities you need with external bathroom next to the building

Everything was perfect. Lady at reception was kind and helpful

No pets

Clean room, expected gas shown in pics but there was portable induction, family friendly space, good to visit

Decent room, generally clean (dishes were put away dirty by last guests and quite a few hairs in the bathroom). Close to everything we needed, good amenities, other guests were quiet and respectful. Bring your earplugs for the noise from the nearby main road, though!
