The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful. We had a scheduled shuttle ride to the airport for 11:45 and the shuttle was running late so the staff ordered a taxi for us and they paid for the taxi. (We didn't even ask them because we had plenty of time to wait at the airport) I would highly recommend this place. They also have a nice restaurant on sight.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and they went out of their way to help with tour and transportation to events and airport. Our room was very clean and when the A/C went out, they provided a new room within minutes in the middle of the night! Great service!! The restaurant has great breakfasts at a very reasonable price. We would be happy to stay there again and highly recommend this Holiday Inn, Vancouver Airport. Thank you so much.

We had a flight change which meant a very late arrival into Vancouver which prevented us from picking up our rental car. I was pleased to find a room available at the Holiday Inn. The shuttle from the airport was great and the driver was very friendly, kind, and professional. Our breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Very clean rooms, thank you to the housekeeping staff!

Overall, the room was clean but the pillows had an unpleasant smell. I liked the spacious lobby, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I found one female front desk staff member to be somewhat aloof. I was also disappointed with the check-in experience, I had specifically requested an early check-in and was assured that a room would be ready by the time I got to the hotel, but I ended up waiting approximately three hours.
