This was one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was great, the room was comfy, the location very convenient, friendly staff, and gorgeous pool. The only thing that would have made it better is if the pool stayed open for longer hours (closes at 8PM) so guests can cool off after a long day in the hot sun. There could be a noise restriction in place for after hours as to not disturb the other guests.

It is a very nice hotel and site with comfortable bed. But Very noisy. Doors from other rooms were been closed very loudly (slamming) . The Elevator was also very loud. I could ear it operating even if my room was 3 doors down, and this was very late evening and very early morning.

bathroom and shower room design was terrible. water pressure was poor and maintaining water temperature was an struggle.

I was there for 22 nights in this hotel and loved it. Place was clean, staff accomodating, venue was perfect right in the old city. Lots of greenery and fun. This was my first time in chiang mai and de charme has me hooked. I will be back!
