The staff was great from check in to check out. We were told we were upgraded upon arrival from the friendly front desk. Upon leaving the next morning, I realized I had left something behind and received confirmation almost immediately via text that they had found my item and would keep it at the front desk until we could come back to Edmonton to retrieve it. Very grateful for their quick help

Nothing fancy but good price and good location for the university. Room was spacious and clean. Older building so maintenance doing it’s best to keep up (i.e. front door quit working one evening). Would stay again.

The room we were in seemed dated. The kitchen lacks basic items: cutting board, scissors, spatula etc. Staff was very good/helpful.

Rooms almost full, so i was quoted $300/ night. We usually pay $200/ night I used Expedia, and got a room for $225

It was a convenient location to be able to park and walk to an event at the jubilee. Annoyed that, for the price of the room, parking in the hotel parkade was not included and was an extra 25 dollars per night.

Nice hotel room and convenient for needing to be close to U of A's Learning Assessment Centre. There's lots of restaurants nearby as well that are within walking distance.
