Alles Hat bestens gepasst. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter helfen und unterstützen dich, wo sie nur können. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig. Wir fanden sogar 2 Wasserflaschen und eine Willkommenskarte auf unserem Zimmer (vielen Dank). Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und die beiden freundlichen Mitarbeiter wissen genau, was zu tun ist. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Amazing trip. 600M from the lift is misleading though... It's actually about 1Km. Great stay, unfortunate location, unless you want to eat and shop ... It's great for that.

Extraordinary experience! Service, staff, comfort, ambiance. Very stylish, understated luxury, very friendly staff, Italian restaurant amazing. Masseuse also very good! Spa small but very functional. Despite only Italian restaurant being open (due to cantonal restrictions) food experience was very positive (deserts and gelati - outstanding!) We will definitely be back once full operation is restored to try all restaurants and bars.

This is among the most hospitable and personal hotel among many where I've stayed around the world. Also a great location, convenient, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended.
