Hotel Chez Swann

Really nice stay, breakfast was lacking but overall we enjoyed how spacious and clean the room we stayed in and the location was perfect too

We had a bad experience and I wish they had tried to make things right but the hotel ran out of hot water so our second night we didn’t have any and couldn’t take showers .we waited the next day but it never got fixed and it was how they handled it that was terrible.we were charged the full amount with a promise that the manager would contact us to give us some kind of break on our bill.this is an expensive hotel and I waited over a month but never heard anything from them even though I sent emails to their email account.very disappointed in how things were handled and would still appreciate hearing something and addressing this problem.we live in California so when she offered a free night in the future we said we won’t be back to Canada again but if she was willing to give us a free night why could she take a night and day without hot water off our bill or even contact us.very disappointed and still waiting to hear something as it was June 24,25 that we were there and it’s now the end of July

Great location. for min walk to the metro station and at Catherine street. Pillows weren’t the greatest BUT the mattress was comfortable! There were two steps from door to bed area and back up to washroom in middle of the night so mobility issues would not stay in this room. Loved the decor!

Room was decently clean, but (1) the shower door was super loose and (2) the big ceilling window had some kind of curtain to diffuse the light coming through that was very dirty. At least, that windows is not right over the bed. Otherwise, decent for the price and moreso for the location, which is excellent (near the centre bell and downtown-chinatown area). The location does come with the downside that it is popular at night and there are loud people and cars that you can hear, but that comes with the place. If you need silence to sleep, this is not for you.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, excellent location. Would love to stay here again when I visit Montreal.

The hotel is very centrally located for downtown. Rooms are big, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere is very clean

It was a pleasure to stay at Chez Swann. The suite was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was also perfect close to everything I needed as well as near some nice restaurants and stores. If I return to Montreal, I plan to stay here again.

very cute hotel and room, absolutely AMAZING area to stay in!! the only thing i would say is the room got quite chilly with the a/c on and super warm with it off so it was a bit hard to find a balance but i can absolutely overlook that for the price and location. other than that everything was perfect!! staff was very friendly.

It was our second time to stay at Chez Swan. We are very pleased with the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing major. The breakfast pastries were varied and very good. It felt like a very safe neighborhood.
