Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and ourdoor onsen - very relaxing, and not too busy. The absolute highlight were the traditional dinner and breakfast - the setting, selection, and taste was very, very good. We highly recommend the Conifer Iwabitsu and would like to express our thanks to the staff for excellent service!

ペット連れなのでログハウスは良かったが、メイン棟へは距離があり外に出なければならずイマイチ。
予約前にペット連れの詳細を書いて置いて欲しい。

Minunat 森の中にある綺麗な温泉ホテルで、とてもリフレッシュできました。
食事もとてもおいしかったです。
部屋に出現するカメムシは友達です、ガムテープで乱獲しましたが。

又行きたいなと思いましたが観光場所には少し遠く感じました

スリッパが古くて揃ってない。
トイレから水が溢れ出して部屋のトイレは、使えないし、洗面台の床も水浸しなので、使いずらかった。
外国人の研修生たちが配膳を一生懸命にやっていてとても感心した。
