Stayed only 1 night bur room was small but comfortable. Onsen was really great, staff very helpful, great location near train station. Would recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Room itself was clean and organized when we walked in, but the bathroom reeked. Good news is they have communal bath but 3-4 people can fit in there max.

The staff was friendly and we had quite a large room compared to some of the other hotels me and my gf stayed at. The Japanese style room was also a welcome change from the traditional hotel style
