Beautiful building and swimming pool a short walk up hill from the old town. The breakfast was spectacular. My room was very small with only a bed a very small table and side chair but the common areas in the hotel were spacious and empty. The staff was very nice.

The hotel and staff were outstanding. It is situated in a car restricted zone that other cars cannot access but hotel guests can. This saved us lots of walking! "Best view in Sintra"

The most wonderful experience. Treated like royalty. The food was incredible and it was obvious the staff took pride in their work. Cannot recommend staying at least a night here!

My stay at the Valverde Sintra Palacio Seteais was exceptional. The staff was attentive from the moment I walked in and looked after me throughout my stay. The atmosphere is magical and each room makes you feel truly a princess. A wonderful place that is very private and exclusive. You are made to feel with a personal touch rather than just a customer . Food was great and the staff was excellent. Roads and restrictions made it a bit difficult to reach. They could use comfortable reading chairs in the rooms; the seating was not designed for any extended seating. No exercise facilities.

This was a luxurious hotel, the surroundings had lovely gardens with fruit trees, maze styled shrubs and a terrace that overlooks Sintra. Location is about a 15minute walk to the historic area, and a 40 minute walk from the train station. The staff is very attentive and available to help with any needs. The rooms are spacious, shutters on the windows, well appointed washroom which was separate from the sleeping area.

We highly recommend staying here to truly enjoy Sintra. We were greeted with friendly staff, a fresh lemonade drink and pastry. We felt welcome. We only stayed a few days as this is all the time we had however it was perfect for a few days visiting this beautiful place. The hotel rooms were clean, linens were high quality, we received a friendly personal note to welcome us. Great touch. The food in the restaurant was delicious, we ate a few meals there in addition to the breakfast which was delightful, the staff that took care of us were all friendly and professional. The grounds were breathtaking. We wish we had more time there. We would come back again.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Pool was too cold to take a dip. Room was fantastic, very luxurious. Restaurant for breakfast and meal in evening was superb. Only downside to this hotel is lack of access from bolt/uber drivers to the hotel. This resulted is having to take our cases down to the town ourselves if we wanted to get a bolt. A local taxi would come but 3 time price. Felt the hotel could do more.
