An amazing stay at H10 Berlin! ​The hotel is located in a central area right on the Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm) avenue, close to all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation stations connecting to the rest of Berlin. It felt very safe walking around the streets at night. ​We stayed in a Deluxe room on the 7th floor overlooking the inner courtyard. It was incredibly quiet, and the bed was large and very comfortable. This was truly the best hotel room we’ve ever had in Europe!

The there was some trouble with the showering leaking and hot water being off for a day( told it was the city). Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Room was dirty, heavily worn, and tiny. Breakfast was a total rip off and stressful. Hordes of obnoxious people clamoring for their portion of processed foods. 2 adults and a small child cost $90.00 USD...what a joke!

Excellent check in experience with the very helpful Marco. Good location. Quiet gym and spa. Good sized quite comfortable rooms for a city hotel. Would stay again.
