Great location, very friendly helpful staffs available 24/7. Very polite, kind staffs Celvin and Mala. Celvin helped us unloading our luggages to the taxi when he realized we were not well. I only put less stars on amenities because the air-conditioner was not working on one day, but they were quick to offer a new room. We were leaving, so we didn't need a new room, but we much appreciated their quick solution and offer. The hotel is at a fabulous location with full time around the clock staffs. We wish the room could be bigger, but in Singapore space seems to be more scarce. Overall very satisfied! Thank you Hotel 81!

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, central location especially to Little India and there are two MRT stations near by and served by most island wide bus routes. Air conditioning controls could be newer and easy to use giving the room user to control the warm or coolness of the room.

Overall, the stay was reasonable for the price. The staff were attentive and helpful. However, I was surprised to find that the room had no window, as this was not indicated in the booking details. Beyond comfort, this also raises important concerns regarding fire safety, which I believe should be clearly disclosed to guests in advance.

A somewhat comfortable stay for 1-2 nights. The rooms are very very small and the bathroom gets very wet as the shower isn’t separated from the toilet/basin. Good location as it is well connected by MRT and buses

we statyed for three nights. It was a very good experience. the staff were very good. but our room didnot have a window. still to stay and take rest it is a wonderful place

The description is not what’s on the web. I reserved 2 twin beds but I got a queen size bed. The room was too cold because the button was controlled by staff instead.
