Our stay was very pleasing. The rooms was clean and a good size. The staff when we arrived were very welcoming. We had the breakfast buffet one morning it good value for the price point. It’s locate near two big shopping malls and a quick walk to the Train night market.

-very far away from everything. Nothing in walkable distance to hotel -they are untruthful about shuttle service. They do not offer this. They offer to call a cab for you?? -our cold water tap did not work in our room, unable to bathe.

Great location. Exceptional staff! The property is wonderful. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Thailand.

We stayed overnight prior to an early morning flight. The room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The grounds were lush and green. Very pleasant environment. A nice packaged breakfast was prepared as we had an early departure time.

I've stayed at the Park 9 near the airport and thought I had booked the same because we had an early flight. I'm glad I made the mistake, though, because the neighborhood is really nice. I could easily run there because there was no traffic and the homes are beautiful. There was a mall within walking distance with lots of food options. The hotel itself is beautiful, as are the rooms. The landscaping is nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here rather than the airport hotel next time. The breakfast was good.
