This is more of a business hotel. The room we stayed was clean, comfortable and everything was fine apart from the minimal distance between the toilet and the bathroom sink which made its use quite restrictive (apparently that’s the design for all rooms). Breakfast was good. In the evening, when returning to the hotel one has to buzz the reception, to open the main entrance in order to get to the lifts leading to the rooms. On a few occasions there was some delay buzzing us in which was not ideal.

Big room, good amenities and great location. Desk was a little understaffed and backed up at times. Parking in same building which was very good. Location was very central with food and shopping nearby.

Rooms a we good sizeand clean . Breakfast is ok+, but missing some veggie like olives or so. Coffee is bad. The bad thing was that so.e other people was given key to our room when we were not present . Cc3 It is unexapable.

The staff at the front desk were particularly helpful. Both Olgav? (red hair). and another man provided helpful information and assistance (even carrrying an iron board to my room!). The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent, but I fell afoul of the staff when I took a mug to my room!

The breakfast was fresh but it would be nice to change it up a little bit. The staff were polite and they were accommodating for the most part but occasionally there was a language barrier. Parking was safe.

The hotel is a great location to most attractions and had a fabulous breakfast buffet! Service was wonderful from check in personnel who were helpful especially with parking to the breakfast attendants. We found the most amazing plaza 4 blocks away with huge crowds of people enjoying tapas and drinks. This hotel has a beautiful patio for drinks or relaxing.

Room is cleaned every day of the stay. Did not take out breakfast as I like venturing out every morning. Reception staff was very professional.
