Below average buffet breakfast for $16 was very disappointing. 2nd day we ate off property. The parking deck is a disaster. Spaces are very tight. Someone swiped the rear quarter of my wife new car. These 2 issues make this a one and done property for me. Sad because I am a loyal Hilton customer but this one did not meet their normal standard.

We came into our room and it was 80° so he asked the front desk for help. They sent a maintenance man up to our room and the maintenance man proceeded to accuse me of my attitude when I had not said a word and tried to pick a fight. That pretty much sums up the Hilton hotel in Dallas. My wife is going to report this to the HR. I should’ve called the police.
