Perfect location short walk to the city square Huge bed room and bathroom Lovely décore Included free breakfast and lunch till 1 PM Everyone very kind and helpful I will return to them if I decide to visit again

They were welcoming clean room very soft bed and soft pillows asked for harder pillows have us 2 extra pillows breakfast was nice and staff we good would use again but prob not the price we payed

Just wow - I booked the hotel for it's look and fitting in to a birthday theme of dragons but what we got was an exceptional experience where nothing was too much for our family . I want to thank all the staff for making this birthday treat unforgettable!

Location is amazing, walkable to place you need to see in Prague. Service was great. Rooms are so cool. Definitely will consider it again for the future.

The hotel was lovely, staff are kind however when a problem arises they don’t know how to fix it. The TV in the bathroom & bedroom were not to standard/ not working. We made this clear to them & they did not bother to fix it or care nor offer some form of solution! We pay the price for all of the amenities to work but they didn’t, therefore we should’ve got either money back or move our room. Regardless, hotel was lovely … I’d recommend if you have a fully operating room! Breakfast was good, they had a large choice of “buffet” style food & a menu with options for French toast, omelette & more. Location was fantastic, really close to old town & all the new shopping centres.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. I requested a bigger room because i had an infant and they were very understanding. The only down side is that one of the staff members stormed into the room to take a wine bottle without permission and i complained about it.
