I made two reservations for two rooms from date May 16-19. When we got into the hotels find the hotel rooms and amenities are dirty ,dark small and with bad smell. So terrible. Every thing is not the same as we saw from the picture from your booking web site. Though we had checked in, but we immediately moved out and stayed in another hotel.I did asked for the refund and the live agent from Expediate did promised me to talk to the hotel and get some refund as a compensation for loss within 48-72 hours. However until today June 6 I still have not got any response. Expediate is a sound booking agent for the hotel, it’s hard to believe has a bad service like this. I and my travel companions will never trust and book the hotels from you again. I hope to Get the response and solutions on my loss soon.

I like the breakfast, the main meal changes every day. The staff were nice and polite. I don’t like the room, there’s window but it has a wall behind the window, it’s dark and can’t see any sunlight. The room worn out so much compared to last year I was there.

The toilet door was broken, and the AC could not be adjusted by remote control.

Good food and delicious

The room is too small, not enough space to even open a large luggage.The AC is not functioning properly, no cold air, the room is very hot.

All the staffs are very professional, and I will be staying next time.

Breakfast is good, staffs are nice. Locate by the market and eateries.
