I really enjoyed this property. The staff was amazing. The location was stellar if you’re trying to get a feel for old Prague! I have zero complaints. We just needed the basics and it fit the bill. We did not partake in breakfast, but they were very busy for breakfast. So that’s proably a good sign. Would absolutely stay again when I’m back in Prague

Property was close to Metro trams and shopping. There was a grocery store, a quick walk to Charles Bridge, and old town.

I strongly urge you to NOT STAY at this hotel. I have such a long list of things that went wrong. Staff completely didn’t care at all. The only positive was the location. I’m planning on contacting corporate about our stay.

The hotel was a comfortable stay, breakfast great, however when you book a deluxe suite - you are not guaranteed what is shown in the expedia pictures of a deluxe suite. Deluxe suite picture shows top floor, we were provided a room nothing like the pictures on the 2nd floor. Sorry, disappointing.

방을 업그레이드 해주었으나 바로 옆에 리모델링 하고 았는 방이었습니다. 방은 넓고 작은 주방이 있어서 조ㅗ았습니다. 다만 조금 낡아서 문 손잡이가 좀 위태로웟어요.

I've stayed in this hotel before, it's in a very prime location. Majority of things to do are within a walking distances. I will highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again when I'm next in Prague.
