The hotel itself was fine and convenient for our drive to southern France, however the dining was extremely limited and poor. We ate in the restaurant which was only serving a buffet. It was poor for kids meaning they barely ate anything for €30 each. My fiancée, myself and my 9 month baby were then extremely sick throughout the night likely from the chicken we tried. I informed the staff on check out and emailed the hotel management, yet have never received a response. An extremely disappointing experience from a usually reliable hotel chain. I will not use this hotel or chain again.

Swimming pool was closed, half of the machines in the gym are broken, and the restaurant was ‘full’ even though there appeared to be only two tables occupied. Overall a poor experience, particularly for a hotel which markets and prices itself as having 4 stars.

Online checking, no comment, made as easy as possible, however the overall experience was slightly below what we experienced at Novotel Bordeaux in terms of reception and room comfort.

Very noisy because too close from the highway. Didn’t like the room: old mattress and linen. Room and facilities are outdated. Breakfast was bad quality. Overall overpriced for the service.
