The rooms are amazing. Spacious and clean, the cleaning staff are tremendous. Also, the chefs from the grill, especially Hani- they are world class! Most of the staff is excellent. However, the front desk seem very inexperienced and untrained. They are always confused and overwhelmed. The bartenders are so good!

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that cleanliness is taken seriously. Staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining communal areas throughout the day, which made the whole resort feel very well cared for. The staff were generally very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Some areas are a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The gym, for example, feels quite old compared to other facilities on site. The food was perfectly fine, with plenty of choice available. As a family, however, we weren’t particularly excited by the main buffet. One slight disappointment was that much of the food seemed aimed at international tastes rather than offering more local Egyptian cuisine. When travelling abroad, we personally enjoy experiencing the local food culture, so it would have been nice to see more authentic Egyptian dishes available. There are also two à la carte restaurants that guests can book once as part of the all-inclusive package, with additional visits available at an extra cost. The beach bar is a nice alternative to the main buffet, particularly because some of the food is cooked fresh to order, including items such as burgers, pizza, chicken shish, and kofta. One tip for future guests: it’s worth comparing excursion prices before booking. The Old Market is directly opposite the hotel, and we found that some of the same excursions were available locally for significantly less

Beautiful place, very tasty food, clean, safe, very helpful and friendly staff, convenient to many points of interest. Especially professionals such as Farrukh (reception), Islam Ramadan, Mena Nasser and Ezzat Tarek-waiters, Mohammed room attendant, Anastasia - entertainment made our vacation very special. Thank you very much. Highly recommend!

Fantastic
Staff are brilliant. The amenitiea are great and the food buffets are fabulous. The property seems dated in some respects but that is made up for by the excellent service. The beach is nice though the view is let down by the big yellow submarine tour boats near by, the empty lot next door and the chavy boat docks. All in all though its great value and a wonderful experience.

Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times.

For the price I paid for the room and especially when compared to other higher end, "all inclusive" hotels I've stayed at in the past, this place was quite mediocre and I would not pay to stay here again. The room was not particularly spacious in any way. There are two pools, both rather small. When I asked for a towel at the poolside, it was as if I was asking for something unusual and they had to call two different people just to bring me a towel. They don't keep towels near the pool??? I don't like to eat meat so at the restaurant I asked about seafood options and was told that there is a seafood buffet for a $53USD additional charge! At a supposedly "all inclusive" hotel??? I asked at the restaurant if they had cocktails and asked for a simple gin and tonic which, I'm not kidding, was brought to me room temperature, no ice at all. All of these things would be forgivable if it weren't for the fact that I paid more than $200 a night. Next time I stay in Sharm I'll just save money and stay at a more budget-friendly place.
