Spa was fantastic. Views are incredible. Staff was super helpful and spoke enough English for us to communicate.
Would like to see the carpets in the main areas cleaned, there were stains that were off putting.
Seemed like there were more things to do but were closed during my visit such as the indoor pool and karaoke rooms.

Worried about erosion leading down to the ocean, but other then that staying this location was the best part of my trip. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing!!

Beautiful view from our room. The most comfortable Japanese style room we’ve stayed in thus far. The facilities were a bit outdated and food was ok. A lot of places around the hotel were closed, likely because it is off season.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, overlooking the ocean and a rocky cove with clear water. The onsen was clean, with nice amenities and the same gorgeous views. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful, and the futons were fluffy. Murayama San at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We would love to visit again!

This hotel is a resort for families. It was pretty crowded when we were there. The facilities were outdated compared to the other places we stayed in Japan. The service was solid and the onsen were nice.

少し古い感じはするけれども、温泉自体も素晴らしいし、景色眺めながら休息できるし、昼も夜もフリードリンクとお菓子が提供されて、海を見ながら夫と一緒に素敵で忘れがたいクリスマスを過ごしました。また、アメニティも最高でした。
